student database

The student database will seek to include information on students studying for Masters and PhD level qualification related foot and ankle biomechanics wherever they are in the world.

The databases will include the usual details of project title, a project abstract and email contact details for the student. However, in addition, through the i-FAB collaborative workspace students will be able to host a project specific web site, discussion forum, blogs and other interactive tools to facilitate dissemination and discussion of their research. This is expected to add value to the research projects, promote sharing of research ideas and problems between students and thus create a supportive virtual community of student scholars.

The intention is to facilitate greater connectivity between students within the foot and ankle biomechanics community.
